We have over 30 years experience in all facets of dry bulk processing, liquid mixing, material handling, equipment layout and unique equipment design. 

The 6 steps we take are as follows;

1. Complete project management starting with defining your scope and cost estimation. 
2. Preliminary design and testing. Tests will verify the material can, in fact, be 
     processed. Suppliers’ written commitments on such will be obtained.
3. Final design and drawing approval done with AutoCAD software and color plotters. 
     Cost, material flow, clean design and ease of maintenance are factors considered in 
     the design. Also, environmental issues, safety procedures, and regulations will be 
     integrated into your design. 
4. Purchase components, assemble, weld, wire and deliver all parts to your facility.
5. Coordinate installation with your management team and actual installation.
6. Start up the equipment, test it and turn it over to your operations staff.
